Online registration for many of the highly anticipated USA Triathlon 2011 National Championship events opened on Wednesday 5 January at usatriathlon.org.
Sold-out events and record-setting fields marked the 2010 USA Triathlon National Championship season, and USA Triathlon looks forward to another exciting slate in 2011. USA Triathlon National Championships are the only events in which athletes can earn official National Champion status.
Registration opened on Wednesday for the following championship events:
USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship / 9 April / Tuscaloosa, Alabama
USA Triathlon Junior and Youth National Championship / 6 August / San Diego, California
USA Triathlon Age Group National Championship / 20 August / Burlington, Vermont
USA Triathlon Sprint National Championship / 20 August / Burlington, Vermont
Held in conjunction with the Junior and Youth National Championship, USA Triathlon’s Youth Elite, Junior Elite and Team Relay National Championships will open for registration on 1 March 2011.
Additionally, registration is open now for USA Triathlon’s Duathlon National Championship, which is set for 30 April in Tucson/Oro Valley, Arizona.
