Bidding for the USA Triathlon Mid-Atlantic 2015 & 2016 Race Championships is now open.

2015-16 Race Championships specifics & designation period:
- All the races will receive a two year designation, with the exception of the Club Championship race, which changes location each year.
- Following the 2015 race, USA Triathlon – Mid Atlantic will need to ensure that the race and race director remain in good standing with USAT in order to renew the race Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to host the 2016 race.
Bidding timeline:
- 31 March 2014, 11:59 PM: bidding closes
- From 1 April through to 15 April 2014: Committee members review applications and vote
- On 16 April 2014: USA Triathlon Mid-Atlantic notifies championship bid selections
