INFINIT continues support of Chris Klug Foundation at Leadville Trail 100

INFINIT Nutrition, the pioneer of customized nutrition and creator of the patented Osmo-Fit Osmolality system, has continued its support of the Chris Klug Foundation and its racing team for the 2014 Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike Race (MTB).

INFINIT Nutrition is providing each Chris Klug Foundation team member custom nutrition formulas; fuelling the athletes from training to the finish line. In addition to the custom nutrition for the team, 10% of all INFINIT Nutrition sales from 6 August 2014 will be donated to the foundation.

This is something that INFINIT Nutrition has done the past two years in an effort to further the foundation’s mission of ‘promoting life-saving organ and tissue donation and striving to improve the quality of life for those touched by donation.’

Chris Klug Foundation’s Executive Director, Beth Slater said “The Chris Klug Foundation is thrilled to partner with INFINIT Nutrition once again. INFINIT’s support of our Leadville 100 MTB team is incredible. Our team members love INFINIT’s products and have been using them from training through to race day.”

Along with INFINIT-sponsored athlete Chris Klug, a team of 22 Chris Klug Foundation riders will participate in the high-altitude Colorado event to not only raise money for the organization but also to raise awareness about the importance of organ and tissue donation.

“Chris is an amazing athlete and spokesman for his foundation,” said Michael Folan, founder and CEO of INFINIT Nutrition. “This is exactly the type of organization that INFINIT is proud to support.”

INFINIT Nutrition produces ‘premium custom-blended sports nutrition that has been scientifically formulated for athletes.’ Each formula is made to be a stand-alone nutrition offering and ‘eliminates the need to supplement with gels, bars and salt pills.’

Any athlete can create an individualized custom blend on the Infinit Nutrition website. The patented Osmo-Fit Osmolality technology is also available in Infinit Nutrition’s retail line, which includes: GO FAR, :SPEED, :REPAIR, :NAPALM, :ISIS and :ISIS Endurance, :NOCTURNE and MUD.

Founded in 2003 by liver transplant recipient and Olympic Medallist snowboarder Chris Klug, the Chris Klug Foundation is an organization dedicated to promoting life-saving organ and tissue donation and also striving to improve the quality of life for those touched by donation.
