Are you a team player looking to work within the cycling and triathlon industry? If yes, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Mail Order department is responsible for ensuring that all stock reaches our customers quickly, efficiently and in perfect condition.
What can you expect?
As a member of our mail order team you will be responsible for the picking and packaging of all cycling and triathlon products that we stock; and providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email. You will be required to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
What are we looking for?
An excellent team player with a flexible attitude, you should be enthusiastic and self-motivated with good accuracy and basic numeracy. Responsible and able to work on your own, some experience within a warehouse environment would be advantageous but is not necessary. You must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure, a keen eye to details when picking, experience in order picking either from a manifest or by using a scanner. Knowledge of cycling and triathlon products would be advantageous.
