Orca takes its Custom Range to the masses

As a key player offering premium apparel and accessories across the international triathlon market, Orca has leveraged its expertise and worked with a number of athletes to develop a range of customizable styles now available via ‘a user-friendly online ordering platform’ at custom.orca.com.

Orca’s new custom clothing program for clubs has more than 20 years of triathlon expertise behind it. The company notes that its high performance gear can now be available in custom designs, and a multitude of options, for multisport clubs.

A release from Orca added, ‘We work on a daily basis with our athletes to get feedback and test new products – only when our product development team are satisfied we’ve achieved the desired outcomes for each style are they signed off to be offered to our customers. This only happens after hundreds of kilometres have been spent on the road, in the velodrome and in the wind tunnel. In doing this we’re sure that the custom range we’re offering will offer our users the best performance whatever the conditions.’

Orca Custom Range - steps for clubs

The complete Orca custom collection is made up of 109 different styles for customizing with the colours and logos of individual triathlon clubs. The custom range also includes kids sizing options to cover the needs of triathlon teams within schools, and for youth members of multisport clubs.

The ranges on offer include: Triathlon – with Pro and Club levels; Swim; Cycling with both Pro and Club levels; Run; Accessories; and Casual gear. Also of note is the availability in early November of a customizable version of the RS1 Dream Kona Aero Racesuit as worn by 2014 IRONMAN World Champion Sebastian Kienle, and two of Orca’s key female pro athletes Susie Cheetham and Asa Lundstrom. This apparel was worn by the pros at the recent IRONMAN World Championships in Kona.

Orca’s aim in offering this program is for the process to be as simple as possible for clubs to access custom technical clothing. To do this, users within the custom.orca.com portal only have to create a design on one trisuit. This is then exported across all 109 styles on offer.

Users can then create their own customized Orca online shop, share the link with club members who can then all log in and order and pay individually.
