Welsh Triathlon is looking to recruit a proactive, dynamic individual with great communications skills, to lead on the development and delivery of opportunities for increased triathlon participation numbers, inclusive clubs, coaches and official development programme and developing the competition structure in Wales.
Welsh Triathlon is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Triathlon England. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries, and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
Though based at Cardiff, the nature of the role will require evening and weekend working, and travel across Wales.
