GOTRIbal offers its second national event on 12 November 2011 and welcomes the National Training Center as a partner in offering women participants the opportunity to participate in exclusive swim and run clinics at its world class facilities.
The National Training Center’s 180-acre facility is located in Clermont, Florida and focuses on sports, health, fitness and education. Facilities include multiple athletic fields, a fitness centre with Sports Performance Lab, aquatic centre, a cross-country course, softball complex and a track-and-field complex. This, combined with the top notch expertise offered by the NTC, makes it the perfect partner for GOTRIbal’s Multisport and Adventure Series.
Two of the centre’s leading swim and run coaches, Misty Becerra and Sharlyne Rivera, will be sharing their specialized knowledge in the swim and run clinics, offering participants coaching in:
- Swim stroke and force stroke analysis
- Proper run technique and efficiency
- Speed and agility for stronger running
“After working at the NTC for seven years I have had the privilege of training a wide array of athletes,” shared Misty. “The combination of world class facilities with top notch coaching expertise is a big reason why many professional and Olympic athletes call Clermont home and the NTC their training centre.”
“GOTRIbal is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring these coaches, their skills and knowledge, and the resources of the NTC to the participants of the Multisport and Adventure Series,” added Tanya Maslach, Founder/CEO of GOTRIbal. “It will only serve to make the experience a truly unique one for the women who are seeking powerful connections to the resources they need to be fitter, stronger, and healthier in their endurance sports journeys.”
