The company is looking to support its expansion via business-to-business (B2B) sales, as well as business-to-consumer (B2C) customer service.

International Sales Manager (B2B)
Based in the Zone3’s head office in Guildford, the appointed candidate will help add strength to the sales team. Zone3 is aiming to bolster its international footprint as a triathlon and swimwear brand. The company adds that there is currently a huge amount of potential for growth, especially overseas.
The role will therefore include:
- Identifying and developing new and emerging overseas market
- Proven knowledge and experience of seasonal / product sales
- Developing business and sales further with current customers
- Providing sales support to B2B customers
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitor activities
- Working closely with the marketing team to grow sales further
Customer Service Administrator (B2C)
Zone3 note that the Customer Service Administrator will be a pivotal part of our customers’ journey and experience online… ‘You will be adept at improving processes, managing order and daily priorities, guiding the returns process, whilst working in a fast paced close-knit team.’
Role requirements:
- Communicating by email and telephone with all B2C online customers
- Helping B2C customers with their product questions and orders
- Handling all customer product returns, refunds, warranties and exchanges
- Inter-departmental liaison within operations team and warehouse to ensure all orders are processed smoothly
- Administration of all documentation relating to orders and returns
- Finding new ways to improve efficiency for the customer journey and internal processes
Graphic Designer & Product Developer
This new position will be focused on Zone3’s product and ‘bringing to life the performance and innovative features the Zone3 brand offers’. This includes web-site graphics, packaging, tags and marketing materials.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Naturally, creative flair is a must and the candidate should have at least two years previous experience in graphic design.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design new products and work with suppliers to help explain new features and modifications to existing products. Zone3 is seeking someone with a passion for design with lots of drive and enthusiasm, ideally with experience in the sports industry or a keen interest in sport.
