Marketing Director
The Marketing Director is responsible for providing leadership and operational management of Cervélo’s marketing organization. The position works in close collaboration with Cervélo’s senior management team and the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to align long and short-term brand strategies, identify new business opportunities and translate opportunities into plans.
Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will manage various accounting activities and administrative tasks within the finance department.
Creative Design Manager
The Creative Design Manager is the in-house lead of the Cervélo design department and is responsible to the internal stakeholders for the development of all design collateral.
Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager will define, create and lead the implementation and execution of strategies that deliver a consistent and trusted service experience for Cervélo customers.
Customer Service Technical Support
The Customer Service Tech Support will provide pre-sale and after-sale service to retailers and consumers, including warranty management, technical inquiry response and pro-active outbound activity, while monitoring and ensuring complete retailer and consumer satisfaction throughout their Cervélo experience.
Bike Demo Specialist
The Bike Demo Specialist creates customer experiences by planning and executing remote demo events for Cervélo bicycles in the US and Canada.
