Catriona Morrison joins BH Triathlon Team

The BH Triathlon family has welcomed a new elite member to its roster of triathletes, as Scotland’s Catriona Morrison has signed for the Spanish bike and fitness company. Morrison joins the growing group of triathletes – such as Eneko and Hektor Llanos Burgera, Angela Naeth, Nicola Spirig and Philippines triathlete Monica Torres – to be sponsored by BH Bikes.

As BH pointed out, ‘This latest addition makes the BH Triathlon Team one of the most versatile for the forthcoming season.’

“I am delighted to form part of more than a team and I feel like it is a family of athletes who share a passion for high performance sport and like to take their bodies to the limit,” said Morrison. “For my training and goals, being part of such a high calibre team as BH cannot be more beneficial.”

Morrison already knows some of her team mates, for whom she has words of praise. “Eneko Llanos is a versatile athlete. He is open and friendly, and usually jokes around saying that he is my ‘lucky charm’. We usually win the same races (Lanzarote, Zarautz, Texas…). I met Angela Naeth last year in Abu Dhabi and her passion and determination impressed me. We have a similar sense of humour and we get on well whenever we are together.”

Morrison has several challenges for the forthcoming season. “My main objective is always to develop to the best of my athletic potential. My intention is to improve my position in Kona and as new challenges, I have to overcome my Achilles problems and change my nutrition to be as healthy as possible,” she concluded.
