Active London is billed as the largest annual conference dedicated to the future of physical activity and sport in the UK nation’s capital.
The Active London conference returns on Wednesday September 21, 2022, on National Fitness Day in the UK. The conference runs from 09:00-16:45 GMT with a networking after event from 17:00-19:00. Day tickets are available for £45.
The conference will feature a line-up of speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.
‘Hosted by London Sport, the theme for the first in-person conference since 2019 will put ‘places and spaces’ under the microscope by looking at health inequalities, active environments and design, and children and young people.’
The organisers add that thought leaders, decision-makers, policymakers, and professional and community organisations from across the sector will get together to be part of the conversation to shape the future of sport and physical activity in London.
