BBB Cycling, the Dutch bicycle parts, components and accessories brand has unveiled its ‘Race the World’ campaign as a new mode of support for Team Amani, which BBB has sponsored since the beginning of 2022.
The new campaign will see a portion of the proceeds from the sales of BBB Cycling’s Seal Series bikepacking bags donated to support the mission of the African team. This will help to support initiatives such as Amani House, where the team is looking to construct a new world class cycling facility at over 2000m elevation in Kenya’s rift valley, the fabled training ground of some of the world’s best endurance athletes.
Founded in the Netherlands, Team Amani is a professional gravel racing team with the goal of promoting inclusive competitive cycling while creating opportunities for riders based in Africa. Through the development of young East African cyclists the team looks to integrate European and African cycling cultures, challenging and transforming cultural conceptions about cycling around the world.
