Celebrating 10 years, the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant triathlon gets under way on Sunday, June 25, 2023. The Canadian event is set in the international resort of Tremblant in the heart of Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains.
Race weekend begins on Friday, June 23, with athlete check-in at Quartier Tremblant Camp de Base. Race weekend will also include the 5i50 Mont-Tremblant triathlon.
The 70.3 event has been a popular fixture on the IRONMAN circuit in North America and reaches its 10th anniversary this year, after previous year cancellations of the race due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 Mont Tremblant triathlon offers 45 age group qualifying slots – plus an additional 30 slots dedicated to women to the 2023 VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship on August 26027, 2023 in Lahti, Finland.
Competing for a prize purse of US$30,000 IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant 2023 will feature a field of top professional men and women. Highlighting the men’s field are the likes of defending champion Lionel Sanders (CAN), Jackson Laundry (CAN), Trevor Foley (USA), and Tim O’Donnell (USA) among others.
Highlighting the women’s field is defending champion Tamara Jewett (CAN), Rach McBride (CAN), Jodie Robertson (USA), and Mollie Hebda (USA) among others.
