Multisport positioning for Polar Vantage M3

The new Polar Vantage M3 builds on previous generations of Vantage M sports watches, with the addition of dual-frequency GPS, offline maps, and ‘state-of-the art biosensing technology’, including wrist-ECG readings, nightly skin temperature, and blood oxygen saturation measurements.

Polar notes that the Vantage M3 has a global recommended retail price of EUR/USD 399.90. Customers can choose from two colour options: Night Black and Greige Sand.

The Vantage M3 features a 1.28-inch AMOLED display, protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and enclosed by a sleek, lightweight stainless-steel bezel. Despite the thin case, the Polar Vantage M3 offers a long battery-life with up to 30 hours in training or up to 7 days in smartwatch mode, positioning it for tracking sports, daily activity, and sleep without frequent charging concerns.

Weighing in at a low 53g, the Polar Vantage M3 can be a companion for hikes, runs, rides, and other endurance sports.

“The Polar Vantage M3 empowers today’s incredibly versatile athletes and is perfect for anyone who wants the extraordinary set of Polar capabilities in a more compact design,” said Sander Werring, CEO of Polar Electro.

“With its combination of award-winning design, superior performance, and science-backed features, no other mid-range sports watch supports athletes in their every pursuit like the all-new Polar Vantage M3.”

With support for over 150 sports and a suite of training and recovery tools, and a full suite of smart coaching features, Polar Vantage M3 offers unique insights into the body throughout the day and at night. By wearing the watch continuously, users gain insights into their health and fitness. Polar Vantage M3 tracks a wide range of metrics, including exercise performance, daily activity levels, calorie consumption, sleep, and long-term recovery trends.

Training load metrics give users detailed insights into how training sessions strain their cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems, allowing them to understand whether it might be a good idea to cut down on training or maybe do some more.

Sander Werring added “Multi-sport training is by far the most popular type globally, with over 80% of Polar users training in three or more sports.

“We understand the needs of these athletes and are committed to providing the best tools for their growth. As they outgrow their current devices, the Vantage M3 offers an unparalleled experience in the category for 24/7 use, ensuring long-term success and effective recovery – a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of performance.”
