After every wheel was counted by the team at Triathlete Magazine, Zipp emerged as the clear cut winner with 1,936 wheels, representing 62% of the wheel brands counted at Kona. While the full range of Zipp wheels was present, the world’s best triathletes opted for the deeper section, more aerodynamic rim profiles.
