The route-in to be a volunteer at the London 2012 Olympics triathlon event will close very shortly. So, for those wishing to be considered then this is probably your final chance.
“The great news is that triathlon has already exceeded the number of Sport Specific Volunteers required for the London 2012 Olympic triathlon,” said Olympic Competition Manager John Lunt.
All the successful sports specific volunteers will be interviewed early next year and they will be expected to be at the 2011 event in August 2011.
For those who still wish to enter, the necessary access codes can be obtained by logging onto the volunteer area on the www.britishtriathlon.org website.
Local GB triathlon clubs will also have details on how to get into the triathlon Sport Specific Volunteering system.
