USA Triathlon (USAT) has confirmed that Multisport Training Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, has met the official standards necessary to be deemed one of USA Triathlon’s seven Certified Performance Centers across the United States.
“We are excited to have a partnership that offers members, coaches and athletes in the Southwest Region a facility that offers state-of-the-art performance testing and equipment, access to USA Triathlon certified coaches and is closely connected with the local community and athletes to promote the multisport lifestyle,” said Angie Murphy, USAT Coaching Specialty Manager.
Multisport Training Center is a multi-discipline training organisation committed to improving the fitness and performance of the multisport athlete. The facility provides personal coaching to multisport athletes of all levels.
Multisport Training Center offers various testing services such as metabolic and VO2 testing, as well as access to coaches who have been skillfully trained to analyze test results to provide quality interpretation to help clients take their training to the next level.
“We are excited to have this prestigious certification by USA Triathlon. It has always been our mission to provide the highest-quality coaching and triathlon services, and to have USAT endorse us with this certification is a privilege,” said Multisport Training Center’s Nick Goodman.

USAT Certified Performance Centers serve as CEU (Continuing Education Unit) locations, provide free access to Project 2012 and 2016 National Team program members and provide performance testing using US Olympic Committee protocols and benchmarks.
