Submissions are being sought to host the Contact National Duathlon Championships (also the National Schools Duathlon Championships) at a North Island location in New Zealand for 2011. The event is sponsored by Contact Energy, which is also the title sponsor of the Tri NZ national series.
A North Island venue has been stipulated as the National Championships were held in Christchurch this year. The future location for 2012 and beyond will be determined after the 2011 event.
All submissions should be forwarded to Tri NZ by 14 October 2010. Companies completing the tender should limit documentation to no more than 4 pages (not including course maps). All submissions will receive a response by Thursday 21 October with the announcement of the successful submission to be made on Friday 22 October.
