The hour-long 2010 XTERRA USA and World Championship television shows are airing on Fox Sports Networks across the US this month.
The USA Championship show, filmed in September 2010, at and around Snowbasin Resort near Ogden, Utah, has 111 airings on regional FOX Sports Net affiliates across the US in August, providing some keen inspiration for triathletes around the country who are doing their best to qualify for this year’s race to be held on 24 September.
Meanwhile, the XTERRA World Championship, filmed on location in Maui last October, has 122 airings this month and the two shows will be seen by more than five million viewers in August alone.
The TEAM TV crew had around 30 cameras in operation during the events, including point-of-view cams mounted on motorcycles, mountain bikes and jet skis, under-water cameras, and of course a camera on top of the helicopter hovering high above the action.
