Triathlon England members (including individual members and affiliated clubs) are invited to the 2011 Triathlon England Annual General Meeting, which will be held between 14:00 and 16:00 on Saturday 12 November at the Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel, Hinckley, Leicestershire. The AGM takes place just ahead of the British Triathlon Annual Awards Dinner.
Triathlon England members are invited to submit proposed resolutions or other items of business, in writing, addressed to L O’Gorman at Triathlon England, PO Box 25, John Beckwith Building, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3WX. Although, these should have been received at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the meeting.
Proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Triathlon England regulations, but it is hoped that an informal atmosphere will be maintained – with an opportunity for members to ask questions and raise concerns as part of the meeting.
