Felt Bicycles has launched Tri-Centive, a multisport World Championship bonus plan specifically targeted at all age-group triathletes competing in this year’s Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada (September 11, 2011) and Ford Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii (October 8, 2011).
The Tri-Centive plan provides a cash incentive to every non-professional age-group category, both men and women, for each of the two events. Any age-group winner on a Felt bicycle at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas will be rewarded with a US$500 bonus from Felt. Any age-group winner on a Felt at the Ford Ironman World Championships in Kona, will earn US$1000.
“Tri-Centive is dedicated to the age-group athletes who have worked so hard to qualify and compete in these two super prestigious events,” said Doug Martin, Marketing Director for Felt Bicycles.
“It is these age-group athletes who often have the largest personal investment in the sport. We want to reward those athletes who put faith in our products to deliver them to the finish line.”
In addition to Tri-Centive, Felt will be offering tech support to any and all Felt owners at both events. Details on Tri-Centive eligibility, including how to redeem potential bonus winnings, will be posted on Felt’s website within the coming weeks.
