The SlowWheel and the PowerWheel are both billed as ‘convenient and easy to use.’ The SlowWheel includes 3-way adjustable resistance for the amateur athlete. The PowerWheel offers higher resistance levels for the professional athlete.
Both products are easily installed via a temporary replacement front wheel, which fits on almost all road or triathlon bike forks. When the resistance training is done, the athlete simply replaces with the regular wheel.
While training, the SlowWheel bicycle wheel and the PowerWheel bicycle wheel offer calculated resistance to the ride.
