On 16 May, the Board of Directors at Nike Inc declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.31 per share on the company’s outstanding Class A and Class B common stock. This is the same amount as that paid out for the previous financial quarter.
The latest quarter dividend is payable on 1 July 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on 6 June 2011.
