Orca is now the compression sponsor for the Spanish Euskaltel-Euskadi cycle team, and compression and base layer sponsor to the UK-based Twenty3c-Orbea cycle team.
Through Orca’s partnership with Spanish bike brand Orbea, the apparel specialist is also a compression sponsor to the Orbea Continental Road Team and Mountain Bike Team.
This latest expansion in compression sponsorships follows a busy few weeks for Orca.
Most recently, Tri-California Events announced that it has entered into a three year partnership agreement with Orbea as the ‘Official Bike’ and with Orca as the ‘Official Wetsuit’ of the Tri-California Event Series.
In early February, Orca re-signed three of the UK’s top young female triathletes: Vicky Holland, Jodie Stimpson and Sky Draper.
Meanwhile, Orca has re-engineered and enhanced its extensive apparel range, with the launch of the 2011 Orca triathlon collection. The wetsuit and apparel specialist also launched its first custom triathlon apparel programme to cater for teams and clubs.
