Chain Reaction Cycles (CRC) has once again been ranked the number one cycling website in the UK according to Experian Hitwise. The Experian Hitwise awards, compiled by one of the world’s leading online competitive intelligence services, are based on market share of visits among all the UK websites in the Hitwise Sports-Cycling industry sample throughout 2011.
Using a sample of more than 8 million UK internet users, Hitwise takes usage data from a wide range of ISP networks and opt-in panels from users in the home, work, educational establishments and public access terminals ‘in order to produce results that are unmatched in timeliness, depth and breadth.’
CRC’s Marketing Manager Damien Duggan was excited at the news, saying, “To find out that we’ve once again been named the number one cycling website in the UK is a massive honour. Not only is this an exciting time for the company, but also for cycling as a whole.
