ChronoTrack Live Mobile Results

Race solutions provider ChronoTrack has announced the availability of ChronoTrack Live Mobile Results for any event on the company’s ChronoTrack Live race platform. This new offering, available through the company’s certified timing partners, allows spectators and athletes real-time access to leaderboards, athletes’ pace, splits and finish times as well as athlete photography after the event.

ChronoTrack introduced the mobile results solution this year at a number of events, including the Key Bank Vermont City Marathon, and has since made the offering officially available to all races.

“We were excited to offer mobile results at our marathon,” said Peter Delaney, Executive Director of Run Vermont. “Our athletes and spectators loved having access to our event through their phones. As the race was progressing they were able to see athlete’s paces, split times and more – all in real-time.”

ChronoTrack’s mobile results are turnkey and easily deployed by certified timing partners, whether at weekly 5K races or large premier endurance events.

ChronoTrack event partner Don Garrett of DG Productions is involved in over 200 events a year and recently introduced the service at the Midnight Streak 5K in Oklahoma City. “It was apparent runners loved the results on their phones,” said Garrett. “The response was unbelievable. This is the future of our business without a doubt.”

ChronoTrack’s mobile results offerings are available as part of ChronoTrack Live, its next generation race platform. ChronoTrack Live offers real-time online, mobile and social race experiences integrated with registration and race management solutions. The company notes that – as a comprehensive, yet modular platform – races using the service can streamline data management and offer athletes the experience they want.

ChronoTrack Systems is a provider of race solutions for race organizers and timing partners. ChronoTrack notes that it provides the timing for ‘25 of the 30 largest races in the US and has a network of over 200 timers in 35+ countries.’ Its hardware and software solutions are paired with a certified race timing network to provide a comprehensive set of timing, race management and live race services.
