NOWCA UK (the National Open Water Coaching Association) has temporary positions available for the rest of the summer 2012 season and into 2013. Ideally the organisation is looking for keen people who would like to work 3-4 hours at set times in various NOWCA Lakes. They would also gain experience working in lake management. NOWCA is also looking for staff who can be trained up to have Water Safety Management Qualifications.
The ideal Lake Management candidates would have the following:
- Like to work in an outdoor environment, either sporting or non-sporting
- Like to be around other sports minded people
- Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- An interest in sales and marketing
The ideal Water Safety Management candidates would:
- Be willing to work in, on or around water
- Like to be around other sports minded people
- Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
It is possible that the above could lead to permanent positions for the right candidates.
