The Running Show is back for 2012, taking place on 27-28 October 2012 at Sandown Park, Surrey, UK. Visitors to the show will be able to gain valuable information from major running brands. Whether the visitor is new to running or a marathon veteran, the Running Show will provide information on training plans, choosing the right apparel, nutrition options and more.
For the first year ever the Running Show will be held at Sandown Park in Esher (the venue for the UK’s annual Triathlon Show and this year’s inaugural Road Cycling Show). New also to 2012 is the fact that entry to the Running Show will be free to those who pre-register. For those turning up on the day it will be £12 on the door (under 16s go free).
After a successful run at London Olympia, the organisers of the Running Show are moving the event to Sandown Park in Surrey, south west of London. The facilities will allow a host of activities and seminars, including a 5K run on 27 October and a 10K run on 28 October.
Sandown Park also enables a range of in-hall activities for all runners, from newbies to veterans. The show will feature exhibits by top running brands and retailers, seminars and workshops tailored to all levels of runner. There will also be specialist shoe testing areas, allowing visitors to find their perfect running shoe.
