The Triathlon Show has announced its ‘best line-up of exhibitors yet’. Held on 1-3 March 2013 at Sandown Park, Surrey, the show caters for all triathletes and multisport enthusiasts, from the casual beginner through to the elite. The show aims to have everything a triathlete needs to prepare for the 2013 season, from information on triathlon camps, to bike boxes, to fitness testing and Q&As with the biggest names in the sport.
Among the exhibitors at this year’s Triathlon Show is the world-renowned Surrey Human Performance Institute, which is taking bookings for its Advice Clinic, offering a range of sessions, from maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) and Anaerobic Threshold testing on a treadmill; the ‘gold standard’ of fitness tests. It is also offering sessions on body composition, precision hydration measurements and offering advice on strength and conditioning, yoga and nutrition.
Exciting product launches are also expected from a range of exhibitors, including Orca which is launching its new 2013 wetsuit. RunBreeze is also launching its 2013 range of apparel and Swimovate is expected to launch a new product. On, the revolutionary running shoe brand, will also be launching its 2013 range of shoes.
Mako Sport is also launching into the UK at the show and will have two-time Olympian Jess Harrison and Olympian Mick Williamson on its stand to answer questions. The Running School will be providing 60-90 minute running technique coaching sessions. Sessions can be booked in advance and these will involve both practical and theory.
There will also be a strong presence from the sports nutrition industry, with GU, ZipVit, Neovite, PowerBar, CherryActive, Clif Bar, Torq Fitness and USN all being available with special prices and nutrition experts on offer.
Fit Brands will be back with its 12 brands, from newline to Balega socks and Soleus Watches. Wattbike will also be on hand again to offer pedal analysis and training advice. Also back for 2013 is the Zoggs SwimZone where top coaches and athletes will be providing demonstrations of swim technique and efficiency. Subject to availability Visitors can have their stroke analysed in one of the Endless Pools.
2013 also sees a new Triathlon Club Village where local triathlon clubs can meet, socialise and showcase their offerings to potential new members.
