A new online shopping experience has been added to the Orbea US website. Now it is possible to shop directly with Orbea for the latest models at any time, night or day. ‘And if the mood strikes, you can buy your new bike right there online!’
Orbea states ‘Our process is simple – as it should be… You can click to purchase on orbea.com, and the bike will be available for you to pick up at a local Orbea dealer of your choosing.’
Orders must be fulfilled through an Authorized Orbea Dealer. At the point of ordering, the consumer is asked to choose from a selection of dealers in the vicinity area based on proximity to the consumer’s zip code.
The company continues… ‘Why can’t these bikes deliver to your home, you might ask? The reason is that we’re proud of our dealers and their sales staff, and they are a very important part of our business. We rely on them to offer professional bike assembly, expertise, and assistance to get you 100% ready for the road or trail.’
Orbea notes that ‘it is just as important to us to help them sell the bikes that they have in their stores as it is to offer you the convenience of shopping from home.’
