Taking place at the Brussels Expo centre in Belgium, Triathlon-World is a new consumer show for triathlon and duathlon, with special attention given to the multisport disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. The show takes place on Saturday 16 November.
The organisers note, ‘Whether it is a full, half, quarter, eighth… triathlon or a duathlon, in all these variants, the number of participants in recent years has grown exponentially.’ In turn, Triathlon-World is aiming to be a European Mecca for the growing community of endurance sport athletes.
Long distance triathlon in Belgium was recently given a major shot in the arm, following the achievements of Belgian triathlete Frederik Van Lierde – who secured victory at the GoPro Ironman World Championship in Hawaii in October.
So, with heightened media and consumer interest in triathlon, the organisers of Triathlon-World have an array of product offerings, seminars and product testing opportunities on show.
A range of offerings will be displayed including: bicycles, hand bikes, youth bikes, sportswear, sports shoes, training materials, sports nutrition, testing labs, training programs, sport hotels, sports and health clubs and insurance.
The organisers note that show visitors will obtain ‘a perfect overview of the current market demand and the latest developments.’
