British Bike Hire has announced a new bike hire partnership with One Step Beyond (OSB) to offer its services at OSB events in 2014.
British Bike Hire’s James Akerman commented “We are excited about working with Iain, Adam and everyone at One Step Beyond and their award winning series of events.”
He added, “It gives us the opportunity to grow our business outside of the South of England with a really good mix of triathlons and duathlons.”
British Bike Hire will have a range of race bikes, serviced and ready to ride, available for advance hire at britishbikehire.co.uk.
The rental bikes are of good standard specification with high quality alloy frames and carbon forks. There are also a limited quantity of carbon road and TT bikes available. As the company notes, hiring a bike takes the hassle out of getting bikes to and from events, and offers the opportunity for athletes hire something a bit different and or better. It’s also seen as ‘perfect for novices trying the sport for the first time.’
Iain Hamilton, Director at One Step Beyond added “Anything we can do to make it easier for people to take part in triathlon is fantastic. British Bike Hire has some great bikes and we hope people will take advantage of their service.”
