The Cycle Show, ‘the UK’s number 1 cycling exhibition’, has appointed Fusion Media to manage the PR and social media for its 2014 edition.
The Cycle Show is organised by Upper Street Events. Featuring products from over 250 exhibitors and attracting an audience in excess of 25,000 people, the show is positioned as a must-visit event for cycling enthusiasts.
Fusion, which has a client base of both cycling-specific and mainstream brands, was appointed by event organiser Upper Street Events to handle The Cycle Show’s 2014 campaign. The objective is to bring the show to a wider and ever-increasing audience interested in cycling.
The Cycle Show 2014 will again take place at the NEC in Birmingham, across four days from the 25-28 September. The show’s central location in the UK means that it is easily accessible for the increasing audience of cyclists across the country.
From now until the event, Fusion will perform a day-to-day press office role for The Cycle Show, activating a series of media campaigns to raise awareness and drive ticket sales and awareness for the show, as well as handling its social media activity.
