Australian triathlete, and five-time World Champion, Craig ‘Crowie’ Alexander – has launched his foray into the coaching world with the announcement of his new coaching business, Sansego. To kick things off, he’s announced a two day training camp in Wollongong – a seaside city in New South Wales, Australia – for those who want to train with Crowie and pick his brains.
Craig Alexander is the 2008, 2009 and 2011 Ironman Triathlon World Champion. He was also the winner of the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in 2006 and 2011.
Sansego, meaning ‘Without ego’, aims to capture Crowie’s approach to training and racing at the highest level. The first ever training camp will be held in Wollongong on 28-30 March – with Crowie running an advanced triathlon course. He’s also bringing with him three of his most trusted triathlon coaches.
The camp includes:
- Complete access to Crowie during camp, including a Q&A session
- Learn from the team that has helped Craig throughout his career

- Analysis and feedback on participant’s swim, bike and run by the coaching team
