GlycoSource, billed as ‘a revolutionary nutritional product for endurance athletes’ will be launched this summer as part of a new brand called Science Fitness.
Science Fitness GlycoSource is positioned as ‘the first and only commercially available formula that has been clinically proven to increase glycogen in both the muscles and the liver – an internal process that is vital to performance and especially to recovery after exhaustive exercise.’

Science Fitness is a brand of Principle Healthcare, which developed GlycoSource in partnership with leading scientists at the world-renowned Leeds Carnegie Institute for Sport, Physical Activity and Leisure at Leeds Metropolitan University, the training ground of many of the UK’s most decorated endurance athletes.
The official launch of Science Fitness GlycoSource will take place at the London Triathlon on 2-3 August 2014. A new Science Fitness e-commerce website will also be unveiled to coincide with the event.
