TriggerPoint Performance Therapy has announced the Team TriggerPoint roster for the 2014-15 racing season. The selected athletes span across the United States and ‘demonstrate a passion for healthy living, a commitment to their local endurance sports community and a support and understanding of the TriggerPoint brand and mission.’
While the team’s official kick-off will not be until early 2015, TriggerPoint looks forward to supporting several athletes as they finish their 2014 racing season, among them, Jocelyn McCauley, the team’s first Ironman World Championship competitor racing this weekend in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
The 19 athletes selected for Team TriggerPoint will receive a custom-designed team racing kit and TriggerPoint products and education, in addition to benefits from team partners ISM saddles, Fuel Belt, Road ID, Speedfill and Compex.
Team members will support TriggerPoint’s on-site initiatives within each of their markets, such as a major race or retailer event, alongside fulfilling volunteer requirements, such as hosting a community activity around health and wellness.
“I am incredibly excited to join Team TriggerPoint,” said selected Team TriggerPoint triathlete, Erin Stephens. “To be on a team with such diverse endurance athletes is really inspiring and supportive, something I’ve never quite experienced before. I look forward to teaching fellow athletes about the tools for self-care which have helped me so much with my own training and racing, and empower these peers to feel better, prevent injuries and most of all, accomplish their athletic goals.”
