‘Two very different videos’ launching from Sufferfest in September

The team at Sufferfest have released a sneak peak of two new bike training videos from their hideaway in the land of Sufferlandria. As the guys at Sufferfest point out, ‘They don’t launch until September, but the Minions are so excited about our two new videos that they wanted you to see a bit of them now.’

Elements of Style is produced in collaboration with leading cycling website Cyclingtips. As Sufferfest goes on to point out, this video is ‘Unlike anything we’ve ever done before. It features a series of drills/exercises to improve your body awareness and form on the bike so you can Suffer with Style.’
