‘Voice of the customer survey’… firefly seeks product feedback

The sports recovery specialists at firefly are considering a number of new product developments for 2014 and would value athlete feedback. This will help firefly gain a deeper understanding of the importance athletes attach to the management of post-exercise muscle soreness, and the reduction of swelling after lower limb injury.

Those who complete the firefly survey will get the chance to win:

  • A one week luxury sports holiday for two at: Club La Santa, Lanzarote – including a £500 contribution towards flights

firefly is a neuromuscular electrostimulation device that activates the muscles of the lower leg to increase blood circulation. Worn at the knee, firefly provides athletes with ‘accelerated recovery after intense physical exertion to relieve the discomfort of muscle soreness and for the reduction of swelling after lower limb injury.’
