The dates for the 2015 Sardinia ITU Cross Triathlon World Championships have recently been changed. While the race was originally slated to be held on 30-31 May, it will now take place on 26-27 September.

In just its fifth edition, the Cross Triathlon World Championships will travel to Sardinia for the first time in 2015 and will be coordinated in association with European off-road triathlon specialist TNatura Events.
In 2014, TNatura, and the town of Orosei, hosted the European Cross Triathlon Championships over a 1.5K swim, 30K bike that traversed across sandy terrain followed by a 10K cross country run. It was there that Germany’s Katrin Muller launched her cross triathlon season with a win. She would go on to close out the season the same way, winning the 2014 Cross Triathlon World Championships in Zittau, Germany.
