Severin Zotter, an Endura supported 33-year-old from Austria, has won the 2015 edition of the epic Race Across America with an overall race time of 8 days 8 hours and 17 minutes. Run as one mammoth stage from Oceanside in California to Annapolis in Maryland, the race covers over 3000 miles from the Pacific to the Atlantic. By comparison, this year’s Tour de France route is a ‘paltry’ 2100 miles.
Severin, who hails from Graz in Austria, is a regular visitor to his local Endura dealer, Andas Biken and has been using the Scottish apparel and accessory company’s products in training for his ultra-endura races. Endura stepped up to support the rider as ‘an outstanding athlete and due to his charitable work for [relief charity] Caritas Steiermark.’

Endura is the headline sponsor of the new Endura Bergamont Factory Team which will be hitting the Enduro World Series hard this year with a roster of talent including Scotland’s own Katy Winton and up and coming Kiwi Joe Nation. Riders from the Bergamont Hayes DH squad (who Endura is joining as clothing sponsors) will also be riding selected EWS rounds as well as a full UCI DH World Cup programme.
Endura has meanwhile paired up with popular British brand Whyte, supplying clothing for the Whyte Gravity Enduro Team, providing product testing and feedback in the fastest growing discipline of the MTB scene.
Endura is the official cycle clothing sponsor of Betch.nl Superior MTB Racing Team. The team is managed by Bart Brentjens, the first Olympic gold medal winner in the history of XC mountain biking as an Olympic discipline at the Olympic Games in Atlanta 1996.

Endura sponsors leading British time trialist and triple national champion Matt Bottrill in conjunction with his existing sponsor Drag2Zero, the renowned aerodynamic experts. Bottrill is part of the research and development programme for Endura’s advanced speedsuits.
