The triathlon industry’s very own Dean Jackson, founder of wetsuit specialist Huub, is taking on celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay at this year’s inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire. With the event looming and set for Sunday 14 June 2015, money is on the line following a bet between the two ‘Clydesdale athletes’.
Taking place in the county of Staffordshire, the new IM 70.3 event for the UK is being billed as one of the fastest, flattest courses on the IRONMAN 70.3 European Tour and will culminate at the historic Shugborough Estate.

Funds are being raised for the Gordon Ramsay Foundation, which aims to make a meaningful difference to a number of charities.
May the best man win, and hopefully loads of cash will also get raised for worthy causes. The Gordon Ramsay Foundation and GR100 supporting charities are: Cancer Research UK, the Scottish Spina Bifida Association, The Louis Dundas Centre for Children’s Palliative Care, Action Against Hunger and Meningitis Now.
