CEP Compression has confirmed its support of top IRONMAN triathlete Lucy Gossage, who is the latest athlete to join the apparel brand’s high performance CEPro team of athletes. Frequently referred to as a real-life ‘Duracell Bunny’, Lucy has achieved some impressive race results over the past couple of years; most notably winning both IRONMAN UK and IRONMAN Wales in 2013 before going on to win IRONMAN Lanzarote last year, an event which is regarded as one of the toughest on the international circuit.
Lucy Gossage’s new partnership with CEP will see her both training and racing in CEP kit in 2015, and she will be helping to promote the brand’s premium quality product range across the year.
Lucy is thrilled to be joining Team CEPro, and she said “I’m really excited to have signed with CEP for 2015. The kit looks amazing and the science behind the design of the products is good. It’s very important to me that sponsors become friends and I definitely couldn’t have asked for a more friendly welcome from the CEP team!”
Matt Davey, Brand Manager for CEP Compression UK said, “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Lucy, who joins our International CEPro team, consisting of Ironman triathletes Andy Potts and Michelle Vesterby amongst a line up of other top athletes.
“Lucy’s track record, her dedication and ambition is synonymous with the CEP company ethos and we are confident that she will go on to be an excellent representative of our brand. We are very much looking forward to following her training and racing progress this year!”
