Triathlon Business International (TBI), the industry organization dedicated to the promotion and advocacy of the sport and business of triathlon, has today announced it is upgrading its membership software. TBI is converting its member databases to NeonCRM, a web-based membership system that provides TBI the tools required to increase membership while automating common processes and streamlining day-to-day tasks.
The new system will allow TBI to easily connect with new members, reach existing members to engage them more deeply, and grow the association’s membership. Members can renew their own memberships automatically, manage their dues and update contact information by simply logging in.
“This is a step we needed to take so we can manage our growth and, as important, communicate easily with our membership,” said TBI President Jack Caress. “We are at the stage of our development at TBI where it was critical to have an upgrade to our approach with members and offer increased benefits.”
TBI will be adding to its current list of membership benefits, which includes:
- A complimentary copy of the executive summary of the comprehensive multisport research study ‘Breaking Down the US Triathlon Marketplace’ and a discount on the full data report;
- Registration discount to TBI’s second Global Triathlon Conference in Roth, Germany, on 9-11 July 2015;
- Exhibitor booth discount for the TBI Triathlon Pavilion at Interbike on 16-18 September;
- Registration discount to the 6th Annual TBI North American Conference in 2016;
- Invitations to participate in exclusive events at some of the world’s most prestigious triathlons; plus
- Discounts on an array of services, equipment and events across the US; and
- Many other benefits that can be found on the TBI website.
Annual membership dues are based on an individual’s or business’s triathlon-related income. A complete table of membership dues can be found on the TBI website or individuals/companies can log-in directly onto the membership application area.
