Coaching specialist Tri Dynamic has released details of its first two triathlon training camps for 2016 with coaching legend Joe Friel & Swim For Tri Head Coach Dan Bullock. Tri Dynamic specialises in organising camps with limited numbers and a high coach to athlete ratio ‘ensuring lots of attention and coaching in addition to working with world class coaches so you get the most out of the week.’

Tenerife Swim Faster Camp, 20-27 February 2016
The fifth annual edition of the popular Tenerife Swim Faster Camp with Dan Bullock from Swim For Tri will take place from 20-27 February 2016. The camp is open to triathletes, open water swimmers and Masters athletes. There will just be one week available so spaces are expected to fill fast.

This is seen as a fantastic opportunity to escape the winter and join one of the best triathlon swim coaches in the UK for a high attention week in the sun improving swim technique. The camp is based at the world class Tenerife Top Training facility where many of the world’s best swimmers and triathletes train.

With multiple sessions each day, lots of filming and individual feedback in the 25m and 50m pools and in the ‘warm open water’ athletes should see big improvements in their swim times come race season. Athletes will also get to try out ‘the most advanced swim flume in the world’ which Ian Thorpe, world record holders Britta Steffen, Paul Biedermann and GB’s Alistair Brownlee have used to improve their technique.

Joe Friel Mallorca Tri Camp, 12-19 March 2106
Tri Dynamic has teamed up with coaching legend and bestselling author Joe Friel for the fourth year to offer the Joe Friel Mallorca Tri Camp. The camp will once again take place at the BEST Centre in Mallorca where Olympic swim and triathlon teams are based in the south of the island with access to a world class 50m pool, ‘unrivalled open water swimming and fantastic trail running and cycling terrain.’

Tri Dynamic adds that this is the only triathlon camp in Europe with Joe Friel in 2016 and always fills well in advance, so early booking is advisable. This is seen as a fantastic kick start to training and a unique opportunity to spend a week in the sunshine, learning from the author of The Triathlete’s Training Bible, Going Long, The Power Meter Handbook and Fast After 50.

The camp is open to all abilities with different ability groups and always attracts a diverse range of nationalities, ages and abilities making it a fun and great week.
