Registration for the 2015 Borders Sport and Leisure Triathlon Series has opened and athletes are being urged to sign-up quickly as many events are already filling-up.
This year’s BSLT Triathlon series will take place at six locations across the Scottish Borders – with Sprint events at Eyemouth, Galashiels, Hawick, Kelso and Peebles, a Standard distance event at Selkirk and Come & Tri events (shortened courses positioned as being perfect for novice competitors) at Eyemouth, Galashiels, Hawick, Kelso and Peebles. There will also be two duathlon events in Peebles and Tweedbank.
The series has become one of the most popular in Scotland, attracting competitors from across the Borders, Lothians and further afield.

The events are renowned for being both friendly and well organised and are open both to regular competitors and those who may be taking part in a triathlon for the first time. Bookings for this year are already flooding in. So I’d like to encourage anyone considering taking part to reserve their spot as soon as possible to ensure they don’t miss out on what I am confident will be a highlight in the 2015 Borders sporting calendar.”
