Real estate company JLL is partnering with the Vitality World Triathlon London for this year’s ITU (International Triathlon Union) World Triathlon Series event on 30-31 May at the 2012 London Olympics venue in Hyde Park.
JLL, a world leading real estate services and investment business will invite clients and employees to take part in an exciting relay race that will challenge guests to be the ‘best they can be’ in Hyde Park. International ITU athletes and coaches will be active in encouraging and training JLL stakeholders on their training journey.
Speaking on the partnership, Guy Grainger, Chief Executive of JLL said “Triathlon is the fastest growing sport in the UK and we are proud to be the first property firm to enter into a partnership with Vitality World Triathlon London and further our association with the sport. We already have a strong connection through our well-established charitable triathlon events and sponsorship of double world champion, Helen Jenkins.”
He added, “The beauty of the triathlon is its inclusivity. It is a sport that people of all ages, backgrounds and ability can participate in.”

Widely regarded as one of the UK’s most prestigious triathlons, the Vitality World Triathlon London is now in its sixth year and will once again welcome over 5,000 participants of all abilities, as well as the world’s best triathletes and paratriathletes, to take part in the fifth stop of the ITU World Triathlon Series.
The events on offer include the new Tri it distance (400m swim, 10K bike, 2.5K run), Sprint (750m swim, 20K bike, 5K run), Olympic (1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run) and a Team Relay option.
The Vitality World Triathlon London, organised by British Triathlon and Lagardère Unlimited Events UK, is delivered in partnership with UK Sport, through its National Lottery funded Gold Event Series, Mayor of London, Royal Parks and London & Partners.
