TOUGHMAN Enterprises has announced LAVA magazine as its official media partner going. The event organiser that has expanded its footprint across the Americas notes that this ‘is a huge deal whereby TOUGHMAN half iron and TOUGHKids will have race coverage’.

A release from TOUGHMAN adds that athletes will now be able to learn about the TOUGHMAN brand through online and print media. This will focus on TOUGHMAN race courses with athlete interviews, training, demographics and race reviews.

‘LAVA will gain age group athlete market penetration through TOUGHMAN currently the second largest and fastest growing triathlon brand in N and S America.’

“We continue to grow in both popularity and the number of races because we represent grass roots triathlon with a standardized format,” said Richard Izzo at TOUGHMAN. “Athletes that register for a TOUGHMAN race know that they will get a safe, great race experience at every TOUGHMAN venue.

“Having a brand that caters specifically to age groupers and families is good for the sport. This media partnership assures the growth of the TOUGHMAN brand will continue worldwide.”
