Castelli has unveiled its tri suit for sprint and Olympic-distance racing, especially targeted at non-wetsuit swims. For faster swim times, Castelli has selected fabrics that are extremely ‘water repellent, comfortable and highly breathable.’
Soft-finish armholes aim to reduce chafing and prevent water from entering during the swim. Unlike all other Castelli triathlon apparel items, this ITU-compliant suit comes without pockets and with only a minimalist seat liner for ‘sufficient comfort on the bike’. The GIRO Air mesh leg gripper elastic provides a secure fit and distributes the grip over a larger area.
The Short Distance Race Suit is billed as the weapon of choice for races up to Olympic distance or any non-wetsuit competition.

The new Short Distance Race Suit is available in two colour ways in men’s and women’s versions. It comes in sizes S-3XL for men and XS-XL for women with an MSRP of €129.95.
