Baddeley said “I’m really excited to be joining the team at Fusion Media. After retiring from competitive athletics, I wanted to be part of a team of passionate and like-minded people, who are as driven for success as I am. I found that at Fusion, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects for a diverse range of clients is hugely appealing.

“I want to bring the same mind-set to work as I did to my athletic career – always pushing to be better and to deliver under pressure. My unique knowledge of running and the sporting world complements the existing team, putting us in a great place at the centre of the endurance landscape.”

Adam Tranter, Founder and Director at Fusion, said “We’re delighted to welcome Andy to the growing Fusion Media team. His experience in the world of professional sport, as well as his deep understanding of the mainstream appeal of running and other endurance sports is invaluable to us as we continue to grow in these areas.”
