The National Running Show has announced the latest exhibitors to sign up to the consumer show at the NEC, Birmingham, UK, on 20-21 January 2018.
The three most recent exhibitors to secure a stand at the new show for runners are Tryumf, Bosom Buddies Sportswear and The Virtual Runner. They will join a line-up of exhibitors, sponsors, partners and speakers at what is being positioned as the UK’s first non-race affiliated expo for runners.
The National Running Show is set to be the event to attend for runners of all abilities, from those starting out on their first 5K, through to experienced ultra runners. With over 12,000 tickets already sold, the event is aiming to establish itself as the place to be for anyone with any interest in running and any business involved in running.
Tryumf is a Polish producer of bespoke medals and should be of particular interest to event organisers attending The National Running Show. With over 25 years’ experience making over 300,000 medals each year, Tryumf prides itself on creating medals of unique design and quality. The company’s clients include IRONMAN, Volvo and Skoda.
Bosom Buddies Sportswear creates ethically-made British sportswear for women. The sportswear is designed for women of all shapes and sizes, to make sure they feel good about themselves whatever shape they are in. With fabrics of breathable and durable quality, in a range of vibrant colours and patterns, Bosom Buddies Sportswear is also committed to being 100% British.
The Virtual Runner is an online virtual event company. By organising online running events that can be completed at a runner’s own pace and at a time convenient to them, The Virtual Runner notes that it removes the need to travel to events and pay entry fees, which in turn can motivate people of all abilities to get active and have fun. The Virtual Runner donates £1 from every paid entry to a different charity each month, and runners earn a medal for their efforts.
Already secured as partners for The National Running Show are some of the UK’s leading running brands and communities, including UKRunChat, Run Mummy Run, Running Heroes, The Great Run Company, Race Solutions, Xtra Mile Events, Impact Marathon Series, aat-events, White Star Running, Ealing Half Marathon, The Running Awards, plus Cancer Research UK as Official Charity Partner.
Media partners for the show include Men’s Running, Women’s Running, Sports Insight Magazine and Athletics Weekly.
Mike Seaman, Director of Racoon Events, the company behind The National Running show, said “We are thrilled to welcome Tryumf, Bosom Buddies Sportswear and The Virtual Runner to The National Running Show. It is fantastic to see new exhibitors and partners come on board, all of whom are relevant to each and every runner walking through the door at the show next January.
“We want to provide the very best experience for visitors to the show and to our valued partners; and with four months to go, it is wonderful to have such a strong line-up in place. The National Running Show brings everyone together under one roof and it will be a fantastic celebration of all things running.”
